Details

Fisher Towers Campground is a primitive, BLM campground at Fisher Towers near Moab, Utah. There are five tent-only sites at this campground. RVs and trailers are not allowed, and generators are prohibited. This campground does have vault toilets a short walk from the campsites.

Water and trash receptacles are not available onsite. A trash dumpster is available at Hittle Bottom Campground, while water is available the Lions Park at the junction of Highways 128 and 191 near Moab.

This campground provides stunning views of Fisher Towers and the surrounding area. The Fisher Towers National Scenic Trail, a 2.2 mile loop around the base of Fisher Towers, begins just a short walk from the campground.

Reservations are not accepted. All sites are available on a first come, first served basis. Camping is limited to 14 days.

We last visited this campground in October 2017.

Directions

Take US 191 north from Moab. Turn right on Highway 128 just before the Colorado River and Arches National Park. Turn right onto Fisher Towers Road. The campground is on the left before the parking area for the scenic trail.
