Details
The Nashville City Park in Nashville, Arkansas offers inexpensive, short-term camping. There are eight campsite throughout the park. All sites have water and electric hookups, and one site also has a sewer hookup. A dump station for the sites without a sewer connection is located within the park as well. Restrooms are available in the park, but there are no showers.
The campsites are located around the east side of the park. The sites are reasonably easy to locate during the day, but quite difficult to spot in the dark. Some sites are on pavement, while others are on grass or gravel.
There are quite a few ballfields in this park so it may be busy in the evening when games are being played. We found it to be surprisingly quiet overnight though.
Reservations are accepted online or by phone. You can reach the parks department at 870-845-7405.
We last visited Nashville City Park in April 2018.

Thanks! Looks close to Crater of Diamonds state Park. I’ve dreamed of going there for years.
Kind Regards, Tere

I don’t think I have heard of Crater of Diamonds before. So many interesting places to explore! This was a good stopover for us, but we ended up arriving after dark which made it a bit harder to find the camping spots. Definitely worked for the night though!
